Walked me through excellent selling my house after living there for 41 years. It was a complex process and he took care of all the details. Made sure everything was covered. Little in the way of hassle & inconvenience. I did not have to spend time i.e. all day Saturdays on tasks such as painting. At the beginning, a lot of cleaning needed. Also I was able to simply leave junk + a few items of value in the house and it got hauled off. Significant repairs and renovation performed on my house. Knew the right balance of improvements to make the house in good condition, more sellable, and increase value, but not spend too much money. Subcontractors all did a good job. I never felt pressure from salesmanship. Selling process all was after I moved into senior living. I liked that he visited the apartment I moved to several times. It was easy to know about and decide upon him. I got started with him due to being recommended by my senior living place. Advertising that feels forced at me is a common reason why I become dissatisfied with some other businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies. I am pleased I never saw junk mail, no spam / unsolicited emails, no website ads, no telemarketing, and no highway billboards ! (Billboards are ugly, tacky, block views, and make landscapes look trashy; unwanted intrusion & distraction while driving.). Senior living place wanted my house sold after 91 days, and this indeed came to pass. He was quick with returning phone calls, texts, and emails. Great friendliness.

Jamie was super efficient and made the process of selling my house as stress free as she could . I had never been involved in the real estate transactions other than helping select the property and signing the paperwork . Jamie very patiently explained everything as we went along so I didn’t feel way out of my element . I don't know what we would have done without Jamie. It goes without saying that she's an excellent agent - knowledgeable, resourceful, personable, always available, positive. But she's also a genuinely good person and her passion for helping you find your perfect home shows through. Buying, selling, moving - it's all very stressful business but Jamie went out of her way to make it as easy as possible. Full marks, I cannot recommend her enough.
