Sandy was referred to me by good friends who had recently used her services. I was in the process of downsizing my current home and looking at homes that were on the market. I was not quite finished with the downsizing is when I contracted with her. She gave me and my family a lot of good suggestions on what areas. Just needed cosmetic updates such as painting,carpet replacement & minor exterior repairs etc…she also recommended not to do spend too much on other improvements such as bathroom remodels, kitchen renovation etc. because prospective buyers would prefer to do their own. In her 20 plus years as a relator she has come to know craftspeople and other professionals who are responsible, reliable and resonable. I did hire some of them and was very satisfied with their services. I was particularly impressed when she listed my home on social media that went nationwide.
