I’m so thankful Spencer was recommended. We'd already spoken to a few realtors but when we met Spencer we knew he was the right one. He immediately started mentioning things to look out for that we didn’t even think about. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of a home, both inside and out. He researched every house before going to see it which saved us time and money by not viewing homes that had major issues. In fact, we had already scheduled a day of viewings with another realtor the day after we met with Spencer, which we thought we'd keep just to make sure. I knew Spencer was the right choice when the other realtor suggested we go see a house that Spencer had already negated because the foundation was cracked. I both sold my home and bought a new one through Spencer in November of 2023. I found him to be easy to work with, accommodating and knowledgeable. He was always willing to see homes with me no matter how far away they were. He was helpful in pointing out issues that I may not have noticed and had good suggestions to solve problems and difficulties that arose.
