I first worked with Ian in 2017 when my family relocated to Denver. Ian was welcoming and full of information about every neighborhood we visited. We were on a very tight timeline and saw many houses very quickly. It is a testament to Ian’s foresight and organization that I was able to keep them all straight and make a fast yet well-informed decision. When our family pursued a new home this year due to our daughter’s deep interest in horses, we reached out to him when an ideal property appeared on the market. Again, Ian’s long term view and years of experience were invaluable. We’ve worked with Ian on two very different properties, one urban and one rural and I recommend him wholeheartedly. He is very patient with my many, many questions and helped us through every step of the buying and selling process.
