I had a great time working with Frank! He is very professional and has a ton of experience which helped me find the house I needed in just 2 days of looking (I actually offered and purchased the first house I looked at on the 2nd day of the search). He knew what to watch out for and helped me quickly find the house that I wanted. While visiting one potential house, Frank quickly ruled it out due to shifting soils and foundation. Frank was especially good during the offer and negotiation phase. He has a good sense for how to get a deal done and guided me correctly each time.

Nick was recommended by a co-worker, and I'm so glad I asked that first question - "Hey, do you know any real estate agents?". Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, polite, positive and responsive is how I would describe Nick. We were relocating from the East Coast to Colorado and Nick was up front and very informative about the CO market, the CO nuances, the CO way of living. Nick went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were informed every step of the phased transaction. He was patient with our constant questions, our late night and early morning texts/emails and was consistent and providing us updates. He connected us with a local mortgage broker, a local painter, and he even cut the grass of the house during a site visit!
