This is the second real estate transaction I have made involving Ben. After selling my home while professionally negotiating a few issues that occurred, he found my present home. In the new build home purchase process, while I was 3300 miles away, he visited the construction site and provided weekly video updates allowing me to see progress being made. He researched all tax, county and metropolitan district information providing me with all due diligence possible. He allowed me to concentrate on a long distance move without having to worry about any construction issues. He went above and beyond all expectations and provided me with a seamless move and purchase process. I wouldn’t use any other real estate agent. Truly a professional and a good man who I consider a friend.
