When I decided to move in June 2021, I had lived in the same place for 27 years. Needless to say the process of selling a home had changed significantly, so I decided that I needed the best real estate agent possible. I interviewed five agents and chose Cindy Bakula-Streeter, which turned out to be the best decision I could have made. I'm not sure I would have survived the process if I hadn't had Cindy's knowledge and advice. She guided me through every step of the process. I never felt rushed into any decision, and Cindy answered all of my questions. She was encouraging and supportive without ever making me feel pressured. She went over all of the complicatad paperwork for the lising and for the closing before I had to sign anything. That way I was confident that I knew what I was signing. Cindy provided timeslines and estimates for all of the listing and closing components. I found that very helpful. Her advice about the actual timing for putting the house on the market and her help going over the offers was invaluable. I would recommend her without hestitation to anyone.

Cindy is a huge reason why I was able to buy my current home. She was able to convince the owners to allow me tour the home even though they had closed off appointments. We only had two hours to make an offer, and she was able to do that also She guided me through the entire inspection and closing proces. She answered every email and text message promptly and with good humor. I always trusted to Cindy to know what to do every time there was a bump in the road.
