Crystal was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! She was always fast to respond, wonderful to talk to about houses and made our first home purchasing experience super smooth. It was great touring houses with her to get her experienced opinion on things and have her point out things she noticed that we might miss. She helped negotiate and move quickly with the offer process and played a huge part in us getting the first house we put an offer on! Katie worked with my wife and I on a small piece of property. While the transaction was much faster than buying a home she was diligent every step of the way. Communication was spot on and she answered every question without hesitation. Not only that but she did it with happiness and a smile the entire time.
