We met Jen Riley spring of 2021 when we first learned we would be relocating to beautiful Colorado from Florida. Kim and Joe provided us accurate home values prior to listing our home. They hosted an overwhelming open house that resulted in twelve offers over our asking price. The hard work came after accepting the best offer as they had to work with a fairly new buyer’s agent that was not overly responsive to calls and their own clients.
