I probably dragged Kim and her team through a lot of interesting experiences during my selling and buying transactions. They helped me get through an experience with a number of dishonest contractors in order to get my home put on the market. Sold the home in October 2021 in less than 24 hours and over asking price. I was supposed to move out of state, but ended up staying, so we had the opportunity to go through a few buying opportunities, with a new home builder that was less than honest and having to retain counsel to get my earnest money back, going under contract for an older home that eventually had more issues than I wanted to deal with (mold, radon, and systems as old as the home) and we finally were able to find a newer home that was just right . . . for me . . . kind of like the three bears and Goldilocks.
