Gary is one of a kind, he is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond our expectations. He was determined to find us the house of our dreams and he did. He took us to look at soooo many houses from Castel Rock to Denver and I felt bad asking him to see so many homes. He said " it's not about me or my time it's about you finding the perfect home for you and your family no mater how many houses we look at or where they are located." Gary is a truly caring guy that wants nothing more than to make sure people are happy and choose the right home. I can't say enough about how amazing he is. Molly showed me what homes had sold for near me and explained how she would help me get even more that what they got. The market was prime. I spent some money on upgrades that all led to a fantastic sell price. She staged my home with a few things that really made the pictures pop. I was fortunate to be in a great area and Molly made sure all those amenities were pointed out. She also placed cards throughout my home so as people walked through they did not miss any of the special features. We discussed the asking price in detail. Of course I wanted to get the most money for my home. Molly pointed out how a slightly lower asking price would bring more buyers. It worked! There were 41 showings in 3 days. I accepted an offer considerably higher than my asking price. Throughout the process, Molly was staying in touch with me as things like the inspection and appraisal happened. I would recommend Molly to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Denver area.

From the start of this adventure, Gary was all in. He dealt with us changing our minds as we progressed through the buying process. We started looking for a second mountain home or maybe land. Gary picked us up and drove us all up and down the 285 corridor. Finally, after about a year of looking, we went all in and decided to look for not a second home in the mountains by a primary home in the mountains. This is a tuff market and Gary fought for us all the way and kept us informed. The same night a listing went on he had us an appointment the next morning to see our new home. He still answers questions for me and is a great resource. I would absolutely recommend him for his commitment and follow through.
