He was able to explain the nuances of what to look for when buying a home and how to make our offer more competitive. He was also extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help us buy a home we would love. Another great thing about Brock in particular is he has a great eye for remodeling and what you can do with a space ( we knew we would probably need to buy a fixer upper to some extent). At the end of the day Brock helped us buy a home we’re excited about, in a neighborhood we love, and within our budget. He made what can be scary process very easy and enjoyable. We even needed up with some equity going into our home on closing day! I wouldn’t want to do this process with anyone else!

Gary is a professional in every way. I have bought a house and I have sold a house. As a buyer Gary will take his time answer all questions and if he does not have the answer he will get back with you in a few minutes with the correct answer. I looked at many homes and Gary took his time to help me along the way. As a seller Gary knew the market well. Priced my house correctly. Marketed my house very well. I promise if you were looking for an agent to buy or sell you will not find a more professional, courteous or knowledgeable realtor. Debby was an excellent agent. Just moving to the area, we had a limited amount of time to find a house. Debby was always available to talk, answer our questions, and visit properties with us.
