I have met and worked with several retailers. Amy is by far the best. She stuck with us through several different viewing of houses. She walked us through on getting offers on several house. She always walked us through the best way to get our offer seen. Amy always met us at a time that was workable for us. When we finally found a house and put in an offer she was diligent and was able to get our offer accepted within one day. She was our advocate to get us the best deal possible. When we closed on our old house she laid our all of our offers to talk about which one was best. She even found a way for us to save extra money on closing costs. If you are selling or wanting to buy there is really no better choice than Amy. She is really the only choice.

I found Courtney through the Saddle Rock Ridge Real Estate Market Report. I chose her because of her friendly and outgoing personality, interest in me and my “unique” search criteria, and ideas for finding me a home. Through my four-month search, Courtney was available for questions via text, email or phone. She regularly sent links to homes and arranged for walk-throughs before open houses officially began. She not only looked at surface features but closely examined hot water heaters, window seals and conditions of exterior walls and HVAC systems. She always let me know beforehand about family responsibilities and had a reliable team behind her to help. I never felt she disappeared or was unavailable. I only put one offer on a home and thanks to Courtney’s help and timely advice, my offer was accepted. She was with me every step—arranging the inspection around a pre-planned vacation; communicating clearly and quickly with the seller’s agent; explaining all paperwork and disclosures; and scheduling a final walk-through before closing. Unfortunately, in the middle of placing an offer, I quickly changed lender/mortgage broker due to his lack of communication and unavailability. Courtney fully supported my decision suggesting a lender she works with. Earlier I read it’s wise not to use your realtor’s preferred lender. But now I see it makes a huge difference when a realtor and mortgage broker/lender communicate closely, efficiently, and timely to keep everything moving. Both Courtney and Dianna Goodfellow/Professional Mortgage Source were miracle workers without jeopardizing my closing date and made this purchase happen. I’m so grateful I worked with these outstanding women! Courtney made my buying journey easier than I expected during a wild housing market! And she’s still giving me advice post-closing. Above and Beyond! Crystal was indispensable in my home buying journey. Choosing her as my real estate agent was the absolute best decision I could have made. She was instrumental in helping and advising me on every aspect of the process. For starters, she helped put me in touch with a solid local mortgage company who could fit my loan needs. She also made my house search so easy and seamless (I was moving cross country from another state, and she was truly my eyes on the ground for everything including finding the right neighborhood with the right school. She was amazing in pointing out things I should be aware of when we had our showings -- Which she was cool enough to do via FaceTime.) She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and she spent a ton of time helping us perfect our buying strategy and honing in on what we both really wanted to see in a new home. Her communication was always great and always came with helpful insights. During the negotiating process after finding my new home, Crystal was masterful in her attention to detail and she was not only able to close the deal, but she saved us $45,000 on our final bid. When the deal closed, I was ecstatic. Then, I found out we got the house for $45,000 less than I was willing to offer - and that was so impressive, I was EVEN MORE ecstatic. (This is during the incredibly hot housing market of 2021-Q1 2022) -- Afterwards, she really helped me during the closing process and moving in, and gave me a ton of guidance on the new community I was moving in and all the cool spots in town. Throughout this home buying journey, Crystal was such an incredible asset in every step of the process and she really went above and beyond on so many items.
