We met Kim at an open house before we were ready to officially jump into the housing market. Kim reached out to us when we were ready. The Denver metro housing market is an extremely difficult market to navigate, especially in our competitive price range. We'd been trying to purchase a house for the past three years, through other real estate companies and Agents. Kim is very knowledgeable, flexible, patient and extremely responsive. She helped my husband and I decide the type of property that would be best for our family by giving us the space and time to explore the current market. Kim made us feel like we were her only client and her patience extended to our two small children, who had to come along on house showings (they are high energy). It was a painless process, which was not our prior experience. Also, Kim has a ton of industry contacts, all of whom I would trust and use. In the end, we bought the dream house that she found for us! We love Kim and hope to stay in touch with her.

I was contacted by Stephanie within hours of my initial interest of the property I just bought. She was really the most professional, educated, experienced and friendly realtor I ever worked with. She checked and rechecked all steps of the process for me, checked with me almost daily, explained everything I did not know, helped to arrange meetings and to get paperworks on time....she was available for calls, emails or messages any time I needed. I don't know how I would navigate this process without her! She was my eyes, ears, and brain for more than 3 weeks :) Thanks to her never ending work, we closed 4 days sooner and I am enjoying my new apartment since. This is our second property we have bought with the help of Dave. He was recommended to us from good friends. He always does a fantastic job with negotiating several things with the seller, which makes it stress free. After our house closed, Dave offered to check on it every so often until we were able to move in. He even took the time to recommend an agent to help sell our house and suggested ideas in order to get the highest value. We would definitely recommend Dave highly to anyone.
