Simply put, Jeff is an exceptional realtor, businessman, realist and negotiator. We fired our previous realtor because of lack of diligence and communication. If Jeff can put up with my questions and Type A personality, he can handle yours (trust me). I’m not easy and I have no problem expressing what it is that we want and we expect a realtor to respect that. Kristi provided a market evaluation on the house that accurately reflected its true value. She made reasonable recommendations on what work was required to make a great showing. She had contacts that cleaned the house to an immaculate condition and a photographer whose pictures represented the house in a way to attract potential buyers. She did a great job presenting multiple offers and sound advice on which contracts were best to meet our situation. I feel comfortable with her handling of the transaction and the final settlement of the sale.
