I have sold and sold several properties over the past couple of years but never in the face of a global pandemic. Initially, Damon conducted an appraisal of our condo and convinced us that a price substantially higher than we had ever expected was justified. Just days after Damon listed our condo, the stock market started to collapse, declining over 25% within a couple of weeks and news of the ongoing pandemic was nonstop. In spite of these unprecedented negative issues, our condo sold quickly at the full asking price. Damon answered my many questions and led us through several pandemic related issues.
