Lou helped us buy a family home 15 years ago, and just helped us transition to another family home this winter. He really listens to our needs and desires for location and the particular characteristics of the house, school district, neighborhood, and lot. He works tirelessly to find the house we need and want. I never feel that he's steering us in the direction of some preconceived notion or of his own preferences -- he's looking to find the right fit for us. He's very knowledgeable about all of the areas of the metro area and about market conditions. He has the patience of a saint. We are picky buyers, and he worked with us to find just what we wanted. With our purchase 15 years ago, we were under some time pressure to find a larger house for our growing family, and he worked hard to help us with that. This time around, we were in no hurry. We were looking for just the right fit, and we wanted to take our time, looking slowly. Lou was incredibly patient with that.
