Bev is amazing! She has my family buy and sell homes over the years and this year she helped me and my husband. She was quick to respond to us for all of our questions, sometimes going beyond the scope of our questions (in case we hadn't thought of something). Buying a house is a big expense and can be very stressful. Bev put at ease for every step of the process!! Not only is she knowledgeable about homes and the market, she is so friendly. Really listening to what we were looking for in a home and talking out some concerns for the long term, Bev went above and beyond with helping us buy our forever home. Not only did she help us on the buying end, but she was also our selling agent. She reassured us about concerns we had when choosing a buyer and guided us without telling us what to do. She was forthcoming if she saw something of concern when we asked her opinion, which is great for us!
