I needed to sell my home quick and was obviously looking for the most I could get out of it. Ben had my house on the market within a couple of days after our first meeting. With a full saturation of marketing I had upwards of 30 showings scheduled in the first three or four days and a handful of solid offers after the first 24 hours. As with any home sale the buyer had objections to the inspection which Ben helped to minimize getting me a very good net. My home was sold in less than a month from first contact to signing closing paperwork. A lot took place within that month and the role I had to play was minimal because Ben took care of everything. This was the first home I had purchased therefore it was the first home I have sold which is a bit intimidating and the process was smooth and quick with Ben’s assistance. I can definitely say I will recommend Ben to anyone I know and he will be my first call when I buy or sell.
