Nick isnt a good real estate agent, he is a great one! He is a great listener, extremely organized and a shark when its time to close the deal. Nick is hands down amazing. He was honest and helpful. We had a difficult time getting the house we wanted, but Nick was there every step of the way to answer questions and clarify things for us as we were first time home buyers. He also had a way of reassuring my hot headed husband that everything was going to work out. We had a couple of snags with the lender and the community (none of it Nick's fault) and my husband was ready to walk away from the whole deal...he was super frustrated with the whole thing.
