Debby was absolutely amazing to work with! She is very knowledgable and very quick and responsive. From giving feedback on homes and finding other homes to tour last minute. We readied and sold our house through the winter holiday season which can be a difficult time. Debbie set a schedule for getting the house ready, determining a selling price, listing date, open houses and showings. Everything happened on schedule and the house was under contract within a week and sold over asking price. She stayed in contact keeping us well informed through the process and has a great list of resources to complete fixup projects. It was a pleasure working with her.
