Then she advised us on how to stage the house and make it appeal to as many potential buyers as possible. After the house was listed, Bonnie and her husband, Bob, worked with our handyman and others to maintain it and fix problems as they arose after we left town. And, of course, Bonnie expertly advised us during our negotiations with the buyers. Bonnie is a great listener. She respects the sellers' questions and decisions and, ultimately, gets the job done with as little hassle as possible.
