I found Marilyn when I first moved to Colorado in 2015 and she helped me purchase my very first home. She got the ball rolling and my house went under contract in less than a week! She has always had my best interest at heart, she is not afraid to speak her mind when navigating the housing market with other agents and fought for me the entire way. I am now the proud owner of my dream home and I could not have gotten through it without her. There is a reason I keep going back to her when I need a change. Over the years she provided me with nothing but the best service and has become what I would call a wonderful friend.
