Brent has been so wonderful for us during our home buying experience! He has communicated well every step of the way. Even when there was no news, he would reach out just to give us peace of mind. We were new to Denver and didn't know much about the area, so we heavily relied on his expertise. He recommended several good lenders that he had worked with and trusted. We really appreciated the way he went above and beyond. When he found out the sellers couldn't provide a garage door remote, he went and bought two for us and even programmed them to work with our opener. Brent was seemingly always available, and we never felt he was too busy for us. My wife and I were VERY impressed.

Andi was one of the best agents I have ever worked with! Not only was she knowledgeable about local market conditions, but also about property/land conditions in different areas, which helped inform me of potential issues that I would not have otherwise been aware of as an out of town buyer. She has a keen eye for building qualities, as well as the lack thereof, and often pointed out aspects that could have easily been overlooked in the brief time typically allowed for property showings, making me feel as if she was as dedicated to finding the right property for me as I was. Moreover, Andi often went above and beyond what is normally expected of an agent by willingly accommodating scheduling issues and remaining in communication, even during intrusions on her family time. David knows when a house is right for us, goes an extra mile to make sure that it fits the criteria we were looking for. Also he virtually know what is the best price we should offer to get the house. I really like the way he builds trust and make us comfortable when we started our search and throughout the journey.
