Rhonda is AMAZING! The amount of time and care she put in to selling or home was incredible! She was so caring that it felt like she was a family member doing us a favor and listing our home! We were out of state at our new home and weren't planning on coming back if we could help it. Rhonda went above and beyond to make it as easy on us as possible and saved us from having to come back to our house she was selling! Here are just a few examples of how she went above and beyond for us: She brought over her own things to help stage our empty house and make it look better. She braved the snow several times just to prep, meet, or inspect the results of various people doing/cleaning things. She even came over and shoveled the snow from our 3 car driveway! I can't say enough great things about how wonderful she is! But the best thing is how much she got us for our home! Thanks to her knowledge and experience we got $60,000 more than a home with the same floorplan that was 4 houses from ours! Her knowledge, wisdom, and experience are only 2nd to her incredible attitude and giving heart! If we could give her 10 stars we would!

In today's market that is more important than ever. We had multiple offers on our home which sold well over asking price in 2 days.
