Above and Beyond! Crystal was indispensable in my home buying journey. Choosing her as my real estate agent was the absolute best decision I could have made. She was instrumental in helping and advising me on every aspect of the process. For starters, she helped put me in touch with a solid local mortgage company who could fit my loan needs. She also made my house search so easy and seamless (I was moving cross country from another state, and she was truly my eyes on the ground for everything including finding the right neighborhood with the right school. She was amazing in pointing out things I should be aware of when we had our showings -- Which she was cool enough to do via FaceTime.) She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and she spent a ton of time helping us perfect our buying strategy and honing in on what we both really wanted to see in a new home. Her communication was always great and always came with helpful insights. During the negotiating process after finding my new home, Crystal was masterful in her attention to detail and she was not only able to close the deal, but she saved us $45,000 on our final bid. When the deal closed, I was ecstatic. Then, I found out we got the house for $45,000 less than I was willing to offer - and that was so impressive, I was EVEN MORE ecstatic. (This is during the incredibly hot housing market of 2021-Q1 2022) -- Afterwards, she really helped me during the closing process and moving in, and gave me a ton of guidance on the new community I was moving in and all the cool spots in town. Throughout this home buying journey, Crystal was such an incredible asset in every step of the process and she really went above and beyond on so many items.
