We very recently (April 2023) worked with Alan, Corbin and Shari. All were extremely accommodating and the nicest individuals you would ever meet. They had a buyer lined up for our old house so there were absolutely no hassles, got us more than the original asking price, and provided services above and beyond (cleaning upon exit, 5 hours of handyman fixups, a pre-inspection and free use of their moving truck in the 2-weeks prior to possession). We used them for the purchase of our new house as well as they negotiated a contract quite favorable to us.
