Ryan is the BEST real estate agent we have EVER worked with! We asked Ryan to sell our house in Colorado 10 years ago and really valued his constancy of communication, negotiating skills and advocacy for our interests. So it was a no-brainer for us to contact him as our FIRST (and only) choice to help us buy our new home when we moved back to Colorado. Ryan is always communicating, staying on-top of issues as they emerge and giving us options and expert counsel on how best to proceed. He was a great advocate for our long-term interests in purchasing a new home and codified our top priorities so he could parse the possibilities on the market by going to see them before we actually moved into the area. This was a great benefit to us, not having to spend time seeing homes we would never have had an interest in. Ryan considered all our most important “living” preferences and also our most pressing quality related construction issues…he calls them the “bones” of a house. Of course, he stays on top of all the contractual and deadlines related work and did so while keeping us up-to-the-minute informed. Erica and Jenny were fantastic throughout the entire process. This was our first time working with agents, as well as our first time selling and buying a home at the same time, so we had plenty of questions and no real idea what to expect. From day one, Erica made us feel taken care of. She called us back quickly, spent more than an hour answering questions and talking through the market for our home, and even toured homes, all of that before we had signed a contract. Jenny, another agent on Erica’s team, worked closely with us throughout the whole process as well, and the two of them made everything feel coordinated and easy. What impressed us most was how calm, responsive, and in control they were. Buying and selling at the same time is stressful, especially when your purchase depends on selling your current home by a strict deadline. Yet every phone call, text, and meeting left us feeling reassured. Questions were usually answered within the hour, and often within minutes. The selling side was especially impressive. Their team clearly has strong relationships with excellent people in the industry. The photos of our home looked like they belonged in a magazine, and the quality of the listing and marketing showed in the result. Our home went on the market after several competing properties and sold while many of those homes were still listed. The buying side was just as smooth. Offers, counteroffers, inspections, corrections, contingencies, occupancy arrangements, and communication between multiple parties were all handled without making us feel like we had to manage every moving part ourselves. Because of Erica and Jenny, we were able to sell in time and move into our dream home. If I could go back and give myself one piece of advice, it would be: stop worrying—Erica and Jenny have it all taken care of.
