Very good at explaining to me all of the steps needed as part of the home buying process.

She answered my questions timely and advocated for me during the negotiating process with the seller to get this deal finalized. She also checked in weekly to make sure I was ok and if I had any questions. It made the stressful process much easier.

The Perfect Realtor for a First-Time Homebuyer

Chris was exactly the realtor experience I hoped for as a first-time homebuyer. I didn’t want to feel rushed into buying a house that wasn’t the right fit, and Chris truly respected that. He understood the size, style of home, and neighborhoods I was looking for, and even when a house checked a few boxes, he encouraged me to stay patient and wait for the right one in the right area. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process — from giving thoughtful advice during the offer stage all the way through closing. Chris even made multiple trips to the house when I wanted a second set of eyes or an extra opinion, which I really appreciated. What really stood out is that his support didn’t stop after closing. He’s continued to help by recommending vendors and contractors for upgrades I wanted to tackle right away. Every recommendation has been great, and it’s made settling into my new home so much easier. I’m so grateful to have had Chris guiding me through the process and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
