We reached out to Eva because we were aware of her extensive network and ability to move quickly. We really never thought we would find what we were looking for at our price point in KC Valley but Eva already had a home in mind for us that was coming up for sale. We looked at a few prior but she was confident it was the one and she was right!! We made an offer and she made it happen. She helped at every step of the way with the buying process as well as walking through our old home and making sound and reasonable recommendations to get it sale ready. She also had an extensive list of contacts from painters, contractors, gutter and roof workers to get our old house in tip top. She went above and beyond to help us get a contractor into our new house to finish the basement and even help with design ideas! Eva's team also staged our old house and we had an offer in the first 24 hours it was listed. Crystal is an absolute real estate expert! This means she takes care of items that you may not even know exist during the buying process. She was in contact with every entity needed to ensure the city and county records are buttoned up and that we won't have headaches down the road because something wasn't filed or recorded correctly. She actively managed all aspects with the city and county, well water testers, inspectors, the builder, the selling agent and more. She cleaned up loose ends that we didn't even know existed. Beyond the peace of mind that she was doing all of the behind the scenes perfectly, she was in attendance for all of the walk throughs and moments where we wanted and needed her by our side for important decisions. Kelly sets a high bar for her profession. She is knowledgeable, but has also kept current with technology (virtual staging of rooms--a helpful concept). I was extremely impressed with her responsiveness. She was always available for a quick check in either via text or phone. She also went the extra mile with taking care of a lot of details that really weren't her responsibility. I give her my highest recommendation.
