Shannon was incredible, we had a date set for the house to go on market, there was a photographer there prior, all photos and videos were sent to my wife and I individually, and the house sold very very quickly! We LOVED working with Cheri to find our home. From the start she set us up in the portal and took time to figure out what we were looking for. When it came to look at places she always had time for us no matter what else she had going on. When we finally put in an offer she pushed every person to finish line SO FAST. She did not let anything hold up or slow down the process no matter what. When we were negotiating I felt like she was in the process of buying her own house that is how much she had our back. I was never left to wonder what was going on because she was always communicating updates and explaining things we did not understand. Could not have asked for a better agent!

I cannot describe in words how we feel about Margaret! She has been with us on our crazy journey of finding a home for the past 2 years straight! Not only is she patient with you but she is also one of the most kind and caring people I have ever met. Margaret has been the best realtor we've ever known. She goes above and beyond for her clients when it comes to anything. Any questions you have she will answer it almost immediately. She is very professional and knows SO much about the real estate market/industry. She will always be very real and honest with you! Do not be afraid to ask many questions, we did and it made us so much more knowledgeable about the market and even our home! So many tips were given to us from her, things we have never heard of let alone people we know that have bought a home. She was always so patient with us. Margaret has made this process not only easy but she also she has made it fun. On days where I have doubted us buying a house, she comes through so positively you just have to trust the process. Outside of the realty world even when we took a break from looking, she still goes out of her way to wish you happy birthday or even happy holidays! I have never met a realtor more positive, caring, and SO VERY HELPFUL in my life. Most realtors give up after a while we've noticed, but Margaret, she will stay with you no matter how long it may be because she always says trust the process. Diana was attentive & responsive all through the buying experience. She and the lender, Nevin, both went through hoops to clarify some property issues and clear the way for closing...all in a very acceptable time frame. I highly recommend her! P.S. my offer for a "SOLD" sign out front still stands, Diana LOL!!
