Chad was absolutely amazing through my entire house search and purchase. He was helpful, prompt and gave absolute honest opinions, which I truly appreciate. He’d tell me right away whether he felt the house was priced correctly, or how cost of repairs would impact the total cost, also the condition the house was in. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the market and the areas in Michigan. He drove over an hour to the house I found in Monroe. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but He helped me through the buying process and answered my questions quickly. I asked him to show me some pretty questionable houses early in my search and he stuck it out with me until we found the right one! I wouldn’t trust anyone else through this experience and I felt incredibly confident in his expertise! Thank you Chad!!

Shannon is very approachable and you will want to have her over for dinner! Shannon wowed us at the fact she knew so much information about our home and how she’s going to present it. She’s up to date on laws and regulations that need to be followed! My husband I were so pleased with Shannon 6 years earlier when she found our daughters home for her and her husband. She is simply the best at her job. Sold in less than a day should say it all!
