I have moved four times, so far in my lifetime and I have to say that Cheri is, by far, the best. She knows her stuff when it comes to market knowledge and negotiations. Cheri even has a creative side to her and can work a deal like no other. When I ran into hiccups, she was always there to either handle for me or let me know what I needed to do. After saying that, I guess you could say she was my therapist too...lol! But what I liked most about Cheri was her positive attitude and straightforwardness. She was always in constant communication with me and I was never left wondering..."What is going on?" I will always recommend Cheri to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
