OUTSTANDING!! How about 10 stars? That is how we would rate the experience of both buying and selling with Renee. She has the experience, knowledge, and passion to make the whole transition to a new home a very exciting and profitable experience. She stayed on top of everything from the very beginning, guiding us through putting in an offer on a lake house that was accepted at a great price. She helped us with finding local contractors for things we wanted to change on the new house. Selling our old house with Renee was outstanding. The house was sold in two days - 20 showings bringing in 8 offers before the scheduled open house. We were ecstatic to accept an offer well above asking price that was beyond our dreams. We now realize the value of having an experienced team to work with to get the house ready for showings, advice, help with inspections, negotiations, handling the mountains of paperwork, and all this with alacrity. Chad to me is what I consider a pillar. There are times in life when you need someone to truly support you, and Chad is one of these people. He bent over backwards at times to get either information, appointments set, and to be available nearly 24/7.
