Amanda handled the sale of our condo while we were in a different state. She handled all of the showings, kept the place presentable, handled any repairs and kept us constantly up to date. Basically she did it all and sold our condo for just above what we wanted to get for it. I couldn't be happier with the easy process she presented. She is also a very calm, low stress person which is great when dealing with real estate! I would certainly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in St. Pete.

My experience has been a great one. You can be sure that you're getting someone who is giving you extremely accurate and realistic suggestions, estimates and guidance. Julie will always be there for you by your side and always available to answer any questions. Julie really put out many fires during our house sale and very often went above and beyond what would be expected from a real estate agent...such as stopping by the house on her own time to close a window someone had left open or getting a contractor in the house to fix something requested by the buyer.
