Rob, made our first time home buying process extremely smooth and stress free. Being a veteran, i particularly enjoyed his structure and get to worl attitude. His knowledge of the area and how the market is currently doing, made shopping around fun and put us at ease. Robs ability to negotiate and respond in a timely manner, kept things moving along quickly! He also met with us after normal business hours and weekends, and never complained about it. I was hesitant to have Rob as my realtor because we are good friends. It is always a risk mixing friendship and business, however, I was pleasantly surprised at everything he was able to do for us and how professional he was through the process. We walked through my house before we sold it and he gave me honest fwe'd back on some things I needed to fix and outside of replacing the roof they were inexpensive ideas and paid in dividens! With his skills he was able to sell the house for well over average market price and about $10000 over my highest expectations. I would recommend him to anyone, friend or not.
