We felt that John & Brenda did an exceptional job in selling our unit. Before the process began they gave us details as to the state of the market which allowed us to get comfortable with pricing. When we were ready to enter the market they met with us and reviewed our expectations and then we were able to come up with a price that we felt was realistic and placed the condo on the market. During the process they also explained how they would market the condo. They also were extremely helpful in removing personal affects that we were unable to attend too as we were back in Canada. The whole process was smooth and once we received an offer they were very helpful and made us comfortable during the negotiation process prior to closing. During the closing process they were helpful in determining a closing agent. The closing went very smooth and the whole process was very smooth.

Lari has had years of experience which made her such a valuable realtor for our situation. We live out of state and were selling the home of a deceased relative in St Pete. Lari frequently reassured us that she was our boots on the ground and managed some difficult situations for us during our absence from FL. Lari recommended trusted professionals to help clean out the house which was a godsend for us. She recommended we have the home staged, had beautiful photos taken of the staged home, advertised appropriately, communicated well with fellow realtors, kept us on track, provided suggestions, and helped to find an interested buyer in a week’s time. Every real estate experience is different whether one is the customer, which we were in this case, or from my Wife's perspective as she is also an agent, albeit in Virginia. In our case, we had the normal experiences plus a couple of surprises. Happens every time! Kevin Vetter was the perfect agent for us. He is competent in his field, very knowledgeable of his product, firm but supportive of his client's "desirements", and quick to take action to resolve issues before they grow into bigger problems. That also means his professionalism, communication skills, market knowledge, negotiation skills, and attitude were top-notch. I would recommend Kevin Vetter to my family and anyone else any time.

I found Julie Thum through the Nextdoor App and messaged her right away. I had noticed her positive postings on Nextdoor not only about her real estate listings but also neighborhood news and events. Meeting with Julie was great - she visited with me right away and answered all of my questions regarding the process of a co-op sale. When we did get the ball rolling, she was able to provide me with a laundry list of contacts for everything I might need including real estate lawyers, financial advisers, housecleaning, professional organizers, handyman services, electrical, plumbing and painters. She was also great in keeping me focused on things that I should be doing in order to move things along - her communication via text and emails were very welcome so I wouldn't forget. She was quick to get a photographer and the listing on-line but was also realistic with how long the process might take as a co-op has its own set of rules & regulations. She was in touch during holidays and travel, I could reach out to her anytime and she would respond. When all was said and done, papers signed and keys passed over, Julie was right there supporting all the way. I hope the new owner is as happy with his new home as I was when I first stepped through the doorway many years ago. The next chapter begins and I know that I can reach out to Julie should I need her help again. I highly recommend Julie Thum if you are looking for an experienced and genuine relator.
