Fonda always sent me listings and called me to ask, Did you see this house. I gave her a list of what I wanted in a house and my price range and she found it for us. I would ask her a question and she always knew the answer. If I didn't understand something she would explain it a different way so I could understand. She is an awesome Realtor. Working with Fonda to buy our dream home in a different state which should have been challenging was absolutely the easiest and most pleasant experience ever. She listened to our desires and found the perfect neighborhood for us. She handled everything to make our move simple and effortless. That included setting up and being at our home to meet the carpet cleaning company, repair men, etc. As far as being knowledgeable about the area and local and state taxes and laws she was beyond helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. As a buyers agent she devoted so much time and energy into our move and transition as if we were her only customers. I could not be happier with her knowledge of everything about home repairs, maintenance issues, neighborhoods, taxes, etc. Numerous hours were spent communicating with us at all hours of the night and we never felt put off. I have to say she is a top notch agent and has become more like a friend or family member through our experience.

John and his team helped us with a very difficult move from our families estate. He helped facilitate moving furniture, and belongings, also with his knowledge of local repair contractors helped solve some of issues that arose during the sale. Also negotiating between us and the buyer was almost effortless, at least he made it seem so! I cannot say enough about how thankful I was for all that he did to help in a difficult time. When I started my home buying journey Fonda was ecstatic for me and my big leap she was willing to be by my side every step of the journey. She Always answered my calls day or night, put up with all of my ridiculous questions (as a first time home buyer I certainly had more than a few) she was very pleasant and took her time in explaining to me the process and what to expect along the way. She was kind and patent with me all the way to closing and even after. Fonda was optimistic, she said "we will find you the right home that you will love". So we set out on our journey. Fonda was diligent in setting up my weekend' s with wonderful options that fit my wants, needs, and in the area i was searching for within my budget. Keeping all that in mind to find the right one for me was no easy task. Fonda stayed positive and was hopeful for me. One weekend we were looking for more potential matches and this one on Lanewood was still on zillow so I asked one final time to check and see if it was still available? To our surprise it was finally my turn to get a swing at my dream property! She was able to swiftly set up a viewing for that day. Within minutes of seeing the house i knew this is where i wanted to be. Fonda spent days going back and forth with the sellers to find the right price for me and one that made sense to the sellers, we were finally able to come to an agreement. I felt that only through her optimism and drive and relentless pursuit to my goals were we able to get the house of my dreams. later that year i was able to spend christmas in that home, what a feeling! I was selling my home in Oklahoma and looking for a home here in Florida. I was lucky enough to be referred to Fonda Sabin. When I came down here she helped me to find the home of my dreams. She helped me through the whole process and worked with my realtor in Oklahoma to help coordinate the sale of one and the purchase of this one to try to make a smooth transition. It wasn’t an easy task. She stayed in constant touch with me. I even got texted at 10 pm on a Saturday night. She went above and beyond. I was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Anthony got us the best price with the winning bid over 17 offers. Knows construction, the market, unique aspects of neighborhoods, areas, sale ability, etc. He determined an expensive issue during inspections - seller repaired before our purchase. Anthony continued to follow up after.
