With the help of my son who wanted me to relocate to St. Petersburg, we found Fonda after going through 2 other realtors. Fonda was always ready to research properties we were interested in and had answers more quickly and listened to exactly what we were looking for. I am an inactive realtor and had never worked with a buyer's agent before. She always had my best interests at heart and I would not been the highest bidder on the home I purchased if it weren't for her wonderful ideas on bidding. Even after closing she has remained very helpful with solving any problems that have come up (e.g.getting condo docks to assn.). She has also provided contractors for things I wanted changed. Julie has been a delight to work with. I put my coop on the market and she walked me thru all the steps so that the apartment would show well and I could maximize the sale price. She gave me lists of contractors and lawyers that she knew to be reliable and reputable. She made sure the new buyers had their board package compiled properly and made it extremely easy for all of us. I thought she was so very professional and just nice to be around that I am now using her to sell another apartment I own. I give her the highest rating possible in every aspect of selling a home.

I would highly recommend working with Jason. After months of searching for houses on our own, Jason came highly recommended from my husband's friend. He really helped us narrow our focus, and extremely patient in locating the perfect home. Which took many months to find. He worked closely with us every step of the way, including navigating through negotiations, securing a loan, and helped us meet every deadline. With every issue We encountered, he was only a phone call away and quick to mediate/ problem solve. Over all, I found Jason to be extremely knowledgeable, hands on, and personable. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

I was hesitant to have Rob as my realtor because we are good friends. It is always a risk mixing friendship and business, however, I was pleasantly surprised at everything he was able to do for us and how professional he was through the process. We walked through my house before we sold it and he gave me honest fwe'd back on some things I needed to fix and outside of replacing the roof they were inexpensive ideas and paid in dividens! With his skills he was able to sell the house for well over average market price and about $10000 over my highest expectations. I would recommend him to anyone, friend or not.

I have dealt with many agents from different cities where I have owned properties and I'm happy to say that Amanda was one of the top agents I have ever dealt with. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable , and most importantly diligent and quick to respond to any needs. I would not hesitate to use Amanda as an agent in any further transactions I would have in her area. My sale was quick , effortless, and dealing with Amanda, I knew I could leave everything with her to deal with.
