Stephen Smith did an outstanding job when he sold my mother in law’s home in 2018. I worked closely with Stephen, and he didn’t disappoint. His excellent qualities include, very calm, polite, patient, very responsive, knowledgeable, clear and excellent communicator, and an excellent listener. During the sale process, we had several offers that fell through, when each of the buyers changed their minds and backed out of the agreement. However, during these trying times, Stephen always maintained his excellent qualities that I described above. One sale’s tactic that Stephen utilized successfully to sell the house was to run an open house, in which he had several prospective buyers arrive at the open house, when other buyers were still visiting the home. This created the right atmosphere to persuade the prospective buyers to bid on the house at a price higher than the asking price. In conclusion, Stephen is an outstanding individual and an excellent realtor. If you are planning to buy or sell a home, I highly recommend Stephen Smith to assist you in this endeavor.

Rebecca helped me purchase my first investment property in Pinellas Park. I began working with a different realtor, but they were unresponsive and I could only get a hold of them once a week. Realizing that my property manager for a house that I was renting was also a realtor, I decided to switch to Rebecca, and I'm very glad that I did! Rebecca is very responsive, responding within minutes through text and email. If I wanted to look at a house, she was very willing to go and tour it with me on that same day around my schedule. She is also very diligent with the paperwork and processes required to close on a house asap, alleviating the stress that goes with getting inspections and appraisals completed. She was already ahead of the game, scheduling these necessary steps, turning in the required paperwork to the lender, and getting quotes from contractors before I could even ask about them. She also possesses creative negotiation skills, allowing me to purchase a home for under its market value, while also allowing me to get most of the expense to replace the roof paid for with our offer. Julie did an absolutely amazing job helping to get my co-op unit on the market and sell it. The process was long and arduous, lasting close to 2.5 years from when I retained her through closing. She was super supportive and provided great advice at every step of the process, including recommending contractors, overseeing a renovation of the kitchen, bathroom, and flooring, window replacements, staging the unit and even meeting with the buyer to discuss the application and review process. I would recommend Julie to anyone in the Brooklyn area especially if you are a seller. She is knowledgable about the market in Bay Ridge and her familiarity with the co-op board was immensely useful.

Rebecca helped us sell a rental property in a limited time frame, with issues that taxed all of us with the surprising obstacles from cash Buyers, one of whom did not have sufficient funds, another who asked to be released from the contract due to personal illness, finally finding a Buyer who was able to close. For all three contracts, Rebecca remained professional and worked with us and the buyers to complete our sale. We needed to close before the end of the year (tax planning) and Rebecca accomplished this for us. Three executed purchase agreements (one default and another released) with an outcome we are very pleased with.

Agent for the people! Julie is not in it for herself like so many other agents are. No funny business and always attentive to what we needed. If there was a home we wanted to see, she had an appointment set day of. We are so blessed to have had Julie come into our lives. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable of everything and was very good about explaining steps of the home buying process.
