I purchased a co-op and Julie was the seller's agent. She was warm and lovely and super attentive. She was always available and willing to help in any way she could and was straight-forward and honest. The whole process from offer to close took 6 months due to an absurdly long application and COVID-19 and she was patient and understanding. At the end of the day, buying a co-op in NYC can be a very emotional and draining process so it was nice to have someone who was a pleasure to work with by my side.

Fonda was amazing at explaining the entire process to me upfront. Letting me know everything what to expect on the way to new homeownership. She was able to show me if you houses and finally found the one that really hit home. After being told three times this house is under contract and fell through with other realtors she was able to get me in to look at the house put an offer in on it and close the deal quickly and successfully to everybody satisfaction. She made closing on the house quick easy and fun. And I got the keys to my dream house and I’m happier now than ever. Thanks for staying on it and making my dream come true. I had lived in my house for over 20 years and wanted to downsize. I also needed to sell my house during the pandemic. My realtor had to be established and have a track record of selling homes in my community. Amanda exceeded my expectations in all aspects of my sale.
