Real Estate Rock Star

Susan was the best! She listened, gave advice and made everything work out for us, even when the buyer's agents and the title company made it challenging. I asked her to make the process fast, simple and get the best value without lots of negotiations, playing games, back-and-forth, etc. She did just that in only one day on the market. Susan got us more than expected after the closing was complete.

Susan went above and beyond to sell our house! She is amazing!

Our house was an older home in the country. She held an open house that was very well attended. The selling process was complicated by the demands of the appraiser but she handled it with ease. She found a contractor to take care of the appraisal requirements. She was efficient and easy to work with. She was always quick to respond and handled all the small problems that cropped up very quickly. I would absolutely use her again and highly recommend her services.

First Time Buyer

Working with Ms. Susan was basically like working with family. It was a positive experience with her from start to finish. Even though there were complication with the lender company at times that made the experience on that side stressful. She was patient, advocated for us, and made sure i was aware at all times.
