I was introduced to Gail Scott several years ago as she was selected by my wife’s family to be the seller’s agent for my mother in law’s home in Bethany, Oklahoma. The sale of that home was efficient and timely, so when it came time to put my NW Oklahoma City ( Yukon address) home on the market, my first thought was to contact Gail. After an initial meeting, Gail studied my neighborhood’s market conditions ( which at best were difficult!) and gave me recommendations on pricing and preparing the house for showings. At my request, she offered landscaping and cleaning contractors to assist me, who proved to be competitive, timely and excellent performers. Following my preparation, Gail had excellent marketing photos made and quickly got the home in the local MLS system. About 5 weeks later we received an excellent offer and closed in two weeks. Gail assisted my mom in purchasing her Midwest City home almost 22 years ago after mom decided to move to town several years after my dad passed away. She also helped us find and buy our home when we moved to Edmond as well as selling the home we moved from.
