Susan was incredibly patient with me and worked with me for a couple months to try to find the perfect condo. Azure is a pro when it comes to vintage homes. She has the specialized knowledge that it takes to navigate you through the purchasing process of a historic or vintage property. Once we found our house she was instrumental in helping us to identify the areas where our potential next home needed some extra attention and led negotiations with the seller to get us the credits needed for repairs. The home buying process can be a roller coaster even under the best of circumstances so you need someone there to advocate for you and keep the whole process on track and Azure was 100% that person for us. 100% would recommend and would work with again.

We met Azure at an open house and knew we would love to have her as our realtor. She knew we wanted vintage home and where to look. When it came time to inspections and other estimates, she knew who to contact, and who had expertise in older homes. Of course there were some bumps in the road, but both Azure and Ashley were able to calm our fears, and now we have the vintage home we were wanting. We are currently in the selling process using Azure and Ashley and we could not be happier with them and how they have helped guide us through this experience.
