I was introduced to Gail Scott several years ago as she was selected by my wife’s family to be the seller’s agent for my mother in law’s home in Bethany, Oklahoma. The sale of that home was efficient and timely, so when it came time to put my NW Oklahoma City ( Yukon address) home on the market, my first thought was to contact Gail. After an initial meeting, Gail studied my neighborhood’s market conditions ( which at best were difficult!) and gave me recommendations on pricing and preparing the house for showings. At my request, she offered landscaping and cleaning contractors to assist me, who proved to be competitive, timely and excellent performers.
