Tremendous experience - Sale and Purchase of Investment properties.
I've used Danna as a realtor for multiple purchases and sales for both personal and investment property. Melanie and Danna helped me sell an investment property and purchase a new investment property, all within a 3-4 week time frame! With so many moving parts and items, their knowledge, experience, and professionalism were paramount in the successful sale and purchases. Selling or buying a property is stressful. Doing BOTH is twice as stressful. I knew that both Danna and Melanie would take my requirements and drive to completion all while keeping my information private/confidential in a situation that was very sensitive. There are many reasons I have continued to use Danna's services for 18 plus years and 5+ properties, but its integrity and experience that have held steadfast each time. Thanks for all the help! I'm looking forward to the next investment purchase soon!
