Trustworthy, professional, caring agent

EXCELLENCE

Rick was fantastic to work with in every respect. We discussed and made a plan on how to market my house and came up with a price that was spot on. Pleasant and professional experience

We had a great selling experience with a highly recommended Remax Agent.

Rick Wright provided a smooth and stress-free selling experience. From preparing to list, the coming soon, listing, and selling, Rick prepared us for every step of the process. Not only is he professional, knowledgeable, and experienced, he also has helpful tools and videos that outlined every step we needed to take to get the best results. We had one showing on the first day and had a full price offer the next morning! We followed Rick’s advice and got the results we were wanting! If we buy or sell again in the Columbus area, we would only use Rick. We will be referring any friends or family in the area to use Rick.

He knew exactly what the timing of the listing would be for the most success

Before we listed we were out of town and he went to our home and suggested things we should do and helped us get it done by meeting different service providers at the home. When we came home we were able to list it at the perfect time. We had two full price offers on the second day!

Awesome Job!

Rick did an awesome job. We were in contract in 72 hours from listing our home. We had 27 showings and 10 offers Sold 31,000 above asking price. What more can we say he went above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable of the market and listened to our concerns. Our whole extended family uses Rick when we need to relocate. He has sold one other house for us and it also went well. We were thankful to have Rick as our realtor!
