Our search took a long time because we really needed that needle in the haystack. But we also had to stick to a budget that seemed nearly impossible. Rick was very patient showing us all kinds of houses, losing out on several houses, with his genuine shock, and we needed a 60 day close. We finally found the house and the right sellers and because of his experience Rick knew the other realtor and was able to make it happen! I don’t think we would have gotten the house if Rick wasn’t able to assure the other realtor our house would sell on time (which it did, over asking!) Rick even works when he is on vacation!
