Janelle is the best realtor you could hope for. She is knowledgeable and experienced but doesn’t have that manic realtor energy where it feels like you don’t know if you can trust their advice. She truly cares about her clients and guides them through the buying and selling process no matter how complicated it might get. We have bought with Janelle twice and sold with her twice and I recommend her to anyone who even mentions the word real estate. She’s there keep you calm during the whole process and even rolls up her sleeves and does whatever job needs to be done to get your house sold. Janelle helped me find a condo. At the time, I was in the process of selling two homes in two different cities. I had brokers at large national and international firms listing them. Janelle outperformed them on every level. She is incredibly knowledgeable, tenuous , responsive, and supportive. I was most impressed with her ability to understand my needs and not waste my time on possibilities she knew I wouldn't want. But, she was willing to meet and show me whatever I wanted, even if it meant multiple trips to many condos. We looked at many units in different areas. She gave me straight information, honest input, and accurate opinions. She was more than willing to go the extra mile--repeat visits, always timely information, wealth of knowledge of various areas and developments, and always available to help with whatever I needed. She is the best realtor I've had. I can unequivocally recommend her--which I would not do unless it was totally warranted. I lost the key to my new condo on the day I was moving in. I had a load of things already at the condo, but I could not get in. When I told her this, she immediately dropped whatever she was doing, located an extra key at the sellers' agent, and went out of her way to go to his house, get the key and bring it to me.

We were very fortunate in working with Nancy Christman for the sale of our Rossmoor Walnut Creek property. This occurred at the height of the Covid pandemic and was complicated by the fact that we live in Alaska. Nancy was there for us every step of the way, from overseeing all paperwork, working with the Rossmoor Mutual (governing body), finding a mover, cleaning service and handyman. An incident that highlights her support concerned a requirement to remove a large closet in the carport. Nancy worked with the handyman to complete the cabinet removal and, additionally, Rossmoor required that the beam and wall behind cabinet be painted. Nancy actually painted it herself! Nancy represented our interests through numerous inspections, and required actions. She kept us continuously informed and updated throughout the process. Nancy was amazing! These were difficult times, especially challenging due to our remoteness. Nancy's help was invaluable, and we would recommend her without any reservations.

Mary helped me purchase my home in Walnut Creek. She is terrific. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend her. I rave about her to any I know who is buying or selling a home. She was very aggressive in getting me a great price, in getting concessions after the inspection, and in working at a lightning fast pace to get repair people in. She worked her rolodex to call the best repair people and mortgage broker in the county. In one case where the vendor was busy, she phoned the CEO for me and called in a favor to make repairs. And yet, she's incredibly kind and nice to work with when it comes to the buyer-agent relationship. She is EXTREMELY proactive and results-driven, and saved me money - and yet is a breeze to work with and super friendly.

Mary is FANTASTIC. She helped me buy a home. I've worked with three realtors to buy and sell three different homes, and she's my favorite realtor by far. She got me a fantastic deal, then got the price down further after inspections, got me a mortgage broker, and even called in a bunch of favors to get the repair work done asap after the inspections. She even caught things I didn't see and I'm picky. She's very aggressive at getting an incredible deal for her clients, and yet she's incredibly friendly and easy to work with when it comes to the buyer-agent relationship.
