Phillip was one of the most patient agents I have had the privilege of working with. He showed me at least 2 dozen houses. We made offers on 3-4 houses and his knowledge of what is happening in the market gave us a "one Up" against other competitive offers. I would use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. Joe Fernandez

We were pretty much first time sellers. Charlene was patient with all of our questions, and always professional. We could not have been happier with our experience!

Mary, our listing agent, was most professional every step of the selling process……..from start to finish in less than a month; simply amazing! Mary took ownership of our home, personally handled every detail and always kept us informed without once having to call her for status or feedback Mary diligently worked closely with the buyer’s agent to ensure a smooth process and documenting every step to avoid any misunderstanding eliminating surprises. Mary’s financial and legal knowledge was very important to us ensuring every step complied with the law, rules and regulations. Mary also dealt directly with buyer’s lending institutions to make sure offers submitted were financially sound. Our full trust In Mary to lead the charge was well placed. Mary was a pleasure to work with and highly recommend her

Nancy is absolutely is the best real estate agent I have dealt with. My wife and I both are new to CA. Nancy was always available to answer our questions and to show us the apartment any time we asked for. She never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way! Highly recommend.

Lata Gopal did a great job of marketing our property and sold it within a few days of putting it on the market. She was very helpful in guiding us through all the paperwork. She was very prompt in responding to any questions we had during the listing period and after the sale. She sold our property for top dollar. I would highly recommend Lata for buying or selling the property. She is very diligent and works very hard for her clients.

Charlene made this whole experience fun, easy and it’s very bitter sweet that it’s over. We really enjoyed the moments we would get a notification from her that a new home was coming on the market. At times, when we would get worried about not finding our perfect home, in this tough market, she always reassured us that the perfect home will come. She was always there to lean on, as our agent, therapist and friend. Char never pressured us when we felt indecisive on a home, she listened to our thoughts and knew what we thinking before we could say it. Buying a home is a stressful process but it never felt that way with Charlene. Once she found us our perfect home, on a perfect piece of land, the closing process was done in a blink of an eye ! I am so glad we found a new friend and a dream home !

We are both real estate brokers licensed in the state of California. We are no longer serving clients so we needed a Realtor who is fully knowledgeable with the current market. Nancy is so accomplished, personable, on top of the market & smart to boot. She is also genuinely courteous & helpful. She gave us a selling price that we thought was too high, in fact much higher than another popular Realtor in the area suggested. We were fortunate to listen to Nancy as she showed us she was in command of the market. Our condo sold for a much higher price than we listed it for and in only a few days on the market. The selling price validated Nancy's price that she so advised us. We could not have been better served.

Adam and his team did an amazing job. The staging was artful, to say the least. He went way beyond his responsibilities as an agent to make sure the house was maintained in the best condition while we were away. House was sold at $175K over the original listing price. We can't thank him and his team enough for the job well done.
