Nancy is absolutely is the best real estate agent I have dealt with. My wife and I both are new to CA. Nancy was always available to answer our questions and to show us the apartment any time we asked for. She never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way! Highly recommend.

We are both real estate brokers licensed in the state of California. We are no longer serving clients so we needed a Realtor who is fully knowledgeable with the current market. Nancy is so accomplished, personable, on top of the market & smart to boot. She is also genuinely courteous & helpful. She gave us a selling price that we thought was too high, in fact much higher than another popular Realtor in the area suggested. We were fortunate to listen to Nancy as she showed us she was in command of the market. Our condo sold for a much higher price than we listed it for and in only a few days on the market. We were very fortunate in working with Nancy Christman for the sale of our Rossmoor Walnut Creek property. This occurred at the height of the Covid pandemic and was complicated by the fact that we live in Alaska. Nancy was there for us every step of the way, from overseeing all paperwork, working with the Rossmoor Mutual (governing body), finding a mover, cleaning service and handyman. An incident that highlights her support concerned a requirement to remove a large closet in the carport. Nancy worked with the handyman to complete the cabinet removal and, additionally, Rossmoor required that the beam and wall behind cabinet be painted. Nancy actually painted it herself! Nancy represented our interests through numerous inspections, and required actions. She kept us continuously informed and updated throughout the process. Nancy was amazing! These were difficult times, especially challenging due to our remoteness. Nancy's help was invaluable, and we would recommend her without any reservations.
