We were very fortunate in working with Nancy Christman for the sale of our Rossmoor Walnut Creek property. This occurred at the height of the Covid pandemic and was complicated by the fact that we live in Alaska. Nancy was there for us every step of the way, from overseeing all paperwork, working with the Rossmoor Mutual (governing body), finding a mover, cleaning service and handyman. An incident that highlights her support concerned a requirement to remove a large closet in the carport. Nancy worked with the handyman to complete the cabinet removal and, additionally, Rossmoor required that the beam and wall behind cabinet be painted. Nancy actually painted it herself! Nancy represented our interests through numerous inspections, and required actions. She kept us continuously informed and updated throughout the process. Nancy was amazing! These were difficult times, especially challenging due to our remoteness. Nancy's help was invaluable, and we would recommend her without any reservations.
