She was very prompt in responding to any questions we had during the listing period and after the sale. She sold our property for top dollar. Charlene made this whole experience fun, easy and it’s very bitter sweet that it’s over. We really enjoyed the moments we would get a notification from her that a new home was coming on the market. At times, when we would get worried about not finding our perfect home, in this tough market, she always reassured us that the perfect home will come. She was always there to lean on, as our agent, therapist and friend. Char never pressured us when we felt indecisive on a home, she listened to our thoughts and knew what we thinking before we could say it. Buying a home is a stressful process but it never felt that way with Charlene. Once she found us our perfect home, on a perfect piece of land, the closing process was done in a blink of an eye ! Janie was absolutely amazing! She worked tirelessly until my husband and I were officially moved in to our new home. Janie is the type of agent that really listens to and hears her clients. While she was extremely helpful in offering her professional advice, she looked for the things that we had explicitly said we wanted. Buying a home during the summer of 2021 was difficult enough because of the way the market was, we were so lucky to have Janie representing us in such a competitive and crazy market. She was extremely professional and responsive, and her hard word took all of the stress of buying a house off of our shoulders, which is exactly what you want in an agent! Not only that but she was very knowledgeable, familiar with all Bay Area cities, small towns, and neighborhoods, and she did not rest until we were comfortably moved in.
