In late August 2025 my wife and I decided to step out and look for a home in the Orlando area. We lived in Southern California and are both retired now. I got on Zillow and asked for a realtor in the Kissimmee and Davenport area and we were blessed with Keith Miles. Keith reached out to me and I explained we were in So Cal and were just looking to see what was available. We had not even listed our home for sale. Keith sent me some listings and I asked him if my daughter and son-in-law could look at the homes for us. He agreed and they looked at a few homes and told us about Champions Gate area. I decided to fly out to Orlando so I could look at the properties. Keith arranged for us to look at 19 properties in three days. I really like one of the homes and when I got back to SoCal Keith helped us put an offer on the property. The same week we listed our So Cal home. Within 60 days our home sold in SoCal and we purchased the property in Davenport. Keith was always available for me (we owned the same home in SoCal for 27 years) with questions and procedures. He always followed up on his commitments and even had open dialogue with our realtor in Cal. It took so much pressure off us to have someone of Keith’s character, experience and professionalism be by our side. We are thankful to Zillow (and God) that they put us with Keith. He even help our son-in-law and daughter by a home.

Keith worked with us on our first home purchase! We were thrilled with his service from start to finish. Zillow paired us with him when we requested a house tour, and he was the first realtor we were working with. His communication was always friendly, quick, and thorough. Keith kept his Fridays open to accommodate my husband and I’s tight restraints when it came to being able to tour homes. He was always professional in giving his honest opinions, home value comparisons, and thoughts on updating to meet our needs. Once we found the home we wanted to put an offer on, Keith was immensely helpful with how the process worked and educated us on how to get the most out of our offer.
